The NTEU team has been meeting with Delegates and Members across several faculties and the message is a loud and clear rejection of management’s latest offer in that it

FAILS on salaries

FAILS on job security

FAILS to respect academic staff

FAILS on workloads

Bargaining at UOW has been going on for more than 2 years.

It’s time Management got serious about an Agreement for academic staff at Wollongong University.

We will continue to update you every week as we meet with management and attempt to conclude bargaining.

We need ALL members to attend the NTEU’s member meeting.  This will be a clear demonstration of unity to Management that we are serious about finalising Academic Bargaining at UOW:
